| 10TouchPoints seeks to demystify design. Not just about relative coolness and high prices, or what you see on the glossy pages for the hip and rich. Design makes up what is around you. Design is about the relationships people forge with things. Design is thus something we value as it has an effect on how we get to work, better communicate and the energy we save. |

My life has been all about Graphika Manila for the past few weeks, and now that it's done - i feel like I can't wait to help out on another one. But.. well i guess this will be my last hehe.
Im glad to be part of this, to be part of any event that exposes what we do in public. Sooner or later, we will be at par with Singapore... sooner or later the government will recognize us as an Industry... sooner or later they will think of us as an asset... sooner or later there will be standards... sooner or later the public will be more informed that there is graphic design... that Filipinos are the most creative asians and we deserve to become the highest paid designers in Asia.
But anyway, this is a start... hoping for a graphic design guild or something soon too. Something big like there will be divisions for Web, Graphic, Fashion, and Motion. Something that can house all creatives and just build smaller groups. This will come soon, im pretty sure.
